Hajj is obligatory for all Muslims who are able to once in their lifetime. However does this mean you cannot borrow money to perform Hajj or Umrah? This is answered and explained by Imam Mohammed Mahmoud who is the Senior Imam at East London Mosque & London Muslim Centre.
